Finding a place to retreat to - for tranquility and solitude - has become essential to renewing our spirits and refocusing our minds. We have been enjoying spending our free Saturday afternoons with each other and Lady Juneau at Windsor Castle Park in Smithfield. Running or walking on the pathway that meanders through the marshes and woods is both calming and rejuvenating.
